Abstract: Although being one of the most rich and suggestive myths about the feminine condition, Athenea, the warrior, prudent and founder of the Athenian law, has been the least interpreted within the Olympian deities by contemporary thinkers. It didn´t call upon Freud’s attention nor the implicit symbol of the ‘feminine virility’. Born of her father’s skull, it has now been related to the culture character in Martha Robles essay: "The Symbol of Athenea". It stars with Metis fatality; that is, feminine wisdom, to understand until when the determination of fate coincides with the ‘The Law of the Father’, of which Athenea became her guardian, which means that she keeps the social order, even against the gender dignity.
